Some years ago Richard Isaacs had begun perfecting his butchery skills. It was in Wimborne of Dorset where he developed his traditional knowledge and expertise. He remains local to this day, maintaining his local butchery craftsmanship and traditions. And his exhaustive passion for butchery specialisation has led to his perfection of Dorset Cured Ham.

Made with care and dedication, creating excellent produce with significant taste and an ever-growing appetite through reputation, led to Richard moving his speciality food production to larger premises to satisfy customer demands for his produce. Richard’s business continues to thrive and now employs over 30 local staff.

The core values that Richard and his family embedded in the business still continue to this day.

  • Cooked Beef 125g pack – Cooked silverside of beef, ideal for sandwiches or salads with horseradish or mustard.

We have sampled these hams and we all agree what an amazing, tasty worth every penny product they are!
